Hello everybody
i have just joined zen do classes "kick boxing" in hamala
although i've only attended 2 classes so far, but i realy cant explain how i feel..
i cant wait 2 see how im gonna be after only one month
and i realy cant wait to see my name on a black belt that will Nshalla be hanged on Zen-do's wall =)
Sensei Suhail Algosaibi is the owener, director and the lead instructer in Zen-do, i havent meet him yet, but from what i'vr read about him on the newsletters, gave me a lot of motivation to join zen-do !
here are the benefits of zen-do which i've qouted it from the book they gave me:
